Teacher Dragged to Court for Allegedly Raping 4 - year-old pupil in Lagos !

Ifeanyichukwu nwadike ,a 38 years teacher on Monday appeared in a Yaba chief magistrate court for

Allegedly raping his 4 year -old pupil.

Ifeanyichukwu nwasike who resides in no 13 Mofowoku st.,Akoka Lagos was charge with defilement

However he pleaded not guilty to the offence

The prosecution counsel Asp Nurudeen Thomas, told the court that the defendant committed the

offence at his resident, in march.

Asp Nurudeen Thomas said that the offence contravened the provisions of section 137 of criminal

law of Lagos state,2015.

The Chief Margistrate P.E Nwakpa admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of  N200,000

with two sureties in like sum

Chief Magistrate P.E Nwakpa ordered that one of the sureties must be a GL12 officer ,who must

produce evidence of three years tax payment

Nwakpa adjourned the case until August  17 for hearing.
